A. Location of Beachhouse Mima

MIMA is brand new beachhouse, built in 2022, in the most beautiful part of Senegal, in Niakh Niakhal. La “petite côte” with its beautiful wide white sand beaches with a calm sea thanks to the breakwaters in the sea, palm trees, and beach bars.

Niakh Niakhal is located right next to Saly, the tourist town on the coast of Senegal.

This combines all the advantages: you are in an authentic quiet coastal village with all restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets and useful institutions in Saly within walking distance.

B. About our Beachhouse

GROUND FLOOR:

1 bedroom (2 pers) with disabled facilities
1 sofa bed (2 pers)

FIRST FLOOR:

4 identical bedrooms (3 pers/room) with the possibility of linking 2 rooms as a junior suite

C. Details

The on-site staff is continuously present in a separate apartment, though discretely and in their own residence when not working, and are responsible for the reception, maintenance and breakfast.

Details of ground floor:

Covered outdoor area/parking for 3 cars
Large garage with mezzanine (garage only accessible if the car is rented)

A sitting area, with 2 air conditioners and ceiling fans
The sitting area can be converted into a double bed, so that this part can be used as an extra bedroom (with guest toilet and possibly shower under the stairs)
Storage room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, …
Master bedroom (air conditioning and ceiling fan) with double bed (180 x 200), desk, separate dressing, separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet also adapted for disabled use
Through the sliding window you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, and therefore with a beautiful sea view.
Large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen (with ceiling fans, refrigerator, sink, fully automatic espresso/coffee machine with beans, gas BBQ,…)
(Heated) swimming pool with underground technical room (the maintenance of the pool is done daily by the manager)
Petanque court with possible evening lighting
Separate shower and separate toilet accessible from outside

4 identical rooms, each with 3 beds (90 x 200), the beds are placed/made up at will: single or double, against each other or separately

E. Formulas

FORMULA 1:
The beachhouse can be rented in its entirety as a holiday home: a maximum of 16 people (minimum 3 nights)

FORMULA 2:
You can rent per room. (minimum 3 nights)

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

Full use of the house, incl. garden and swimming pool
Unlimited use of the Wifi
Consumption of electricity and water (excl. when using the induction fire, the meter reading is noted and charged)
Breakfast for the guests present (breakfast for extra persons is possible for an extra charge)
Daily maintenance of the rooms
Daily maintenance of the entire house, the garden, and the pool
Clean bath, bed, and kitchen linen; beach towels for the pool
Use of the high chair and baby cot
Heated pool (if needed during the winter months)

POSSIBLE EXTRA'S:

Our Rental car (Hyundai Santa Fé)
There is a car (7 seats) on site that can be rented per trip with the driver always present, handy for your shopping or your trips. If you are more than 6 people, extra transport will be arranged for you. Feel free to request your airport transfer!
2 MTBs on site (for hire/day)
Extra brushings
Washing and ironing clothes
Preparing lunch and/or dinner (whether or not to do some shopping for this)
Massage (a massage bed is provided on the covered terrace above)
