Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all direct reservations made via the Beach House MIMA website or through direct contact (email, telephone, social media).
Reservation and Confirmation A reservation is final upon receipt of the confirmation email and the required (advance) payment as stated during the booking.
Payment An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is due upon reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer to the following account number:

Please forward the proof of payment after the transfer. Reference: name + period of stay OR cash upon arrival.
For reservations via the website, payments are made using the payment methods listed on the website.
Pricing All prices are listed in CFA or Euros and include:
Overnight stay
Breakfast
Use of facilities (pool, garden, beach access)
Standard service
Tourist taxes
Any additional services (such as transfers, excursions, meals, etc.) will be charged separately.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Deviations are possible upon request and subject to availability.
Stay and Liability The guest is responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and for respecting the peace and surroundings. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged. Beach House MIMA cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Force Majeure In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, transportation issues), Beach House MIMA reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation. In this case, a suitable solution will be sought together with the client.
Cancellation by the Guest Cancellations must always be made in writing (via email). The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 30 days before arrival: the advance payment is non-refundable; full refund of the balance if it has already been paid.
Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: the advance payment is non-refundable; 50% of the balance is refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is due.
No-show or Early Departure In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full stay will be charged.
Modifications Modifications to an existing reservation are possible upon request and subject to availability. Price differences may apply.
Cancellation by Beach House MIMA In exceptional cases, Beach House MIMA may cancel a reservation. In this event, the amount already paid will be fully refunded, or an alternative stay will be proposed.
Travel Insurance It is strongly recommended to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
